Instructions
1. Combine Yeast,
Salt and Water in KichenAide mixing
bowl.
2. Add Flour
and mix with dough hook for 5 minutes.
3. Spray bowl
with degreaser (i.e. Pam). Remove dough
and place in bowl. Cover with plastic
wrap and allow to rise until doubled
in size; about 30-45 minutes.
4. Form into
2 long, cylindrical loaves. Place in
french bread pans. Gash with sharp knife
diagonially, 3-5 times. Cover with towel
and allow to rise until doubled again;
about 45 minutes.
5. Bake at 350
degrees for 25 minutes, or until golden
brown.
Makes 2 loaves.
